Lead Emory

Program Overview

LEAD Emory is a comprehensive leadership development and certificate program for Emory undergraduates. This year, all program related meetings and responsibilities will be done virtually.

For the 2020-21 academic year, students can pursue the Identity and Justice in Leadership Track. These students are committed to exploring how cultural humility and allyship are essential leadership skills for creating change. You will engage in conversations about how your identities may influence your leadership, creating inclusive organizations, and what it means to challenge the status quo to create change.

The program includes four primary program components: mentorship, LEAD Workshops, academic course, and an elective leadership experience. Reflection is an integral piece of leadership development. The mentorship experience provides you with the unique opportunity to connect with a faculty or staff member through one-on-one reflections about leadership development.
