The Judicial Branch of SGA is comprised of the Constitutional Council and the judicial bodies of the recognized Divisional Councils. The Constitutional Council is the supreme judicial council and hears cases brought to it by members of the student body regarding questions of constitutionality. The Council typically consists of 4-7 justices and is headed by a Chief Justice.
