Welcoming Interfaith and Spiritual Exploration (WISE)

A 5-day engaged interfaith learning experience designed to ease your transition to college while also providing an opportunity to explore Atlanta, build skills in religious and philosophical literacy and interfaith leadership, and make new friends as you settle into your new home at Emory.

One of the highlights of WISE is always our learning journeys to 6-8 different spiritual and religious communities on and around campus, downtown in historic Atlanta, and beyond. This is a great way to get connected with the city of Atlanta as well as spiritual communities on the Emory campus. Learn more about different spiritual and wellness practices, enjoy delicious meals, and make new friends.

Join other incoming students and find your community, or just come to learn from an amazing team of peer mentors and campus leaders. We welcome first-year students from diverse religious, non-religious, spiritual, and ethical identities. Click here to learn more about WISE.
