Off-Campus Catering

We recommend collaborating with America To Go for catered events unless you opt for Emory Catering. However, Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) have specific exceptions that allow them to offer food representing cultural and ethnic identities sourced from local restaurants and vendors not affiliated with America To Go. Before placing any orders, please liaise with Student Governance Service for assistance with orders, invoices, and the proper use of monetary codes.

1. Please read the food and catering policies associated with any of the buildings/venues being utilized.
2. Only order directly with a vendor once communication is made with Student Governance Services.
3. Order will be placed via America To Go or invoiced.
4. All food purchases must abide by the Monetary Code of the Governing Entity and Division where applicable.
5. Venues should be left in the condition they were found. All trash must be placed in receptacles.
6. If food or beverages causes the need for custodial services beyond normal operations, the RSO may incur a cleaning fee for any on-campus event, meetings, and programs.
