Showing Films or Other Media
In compliance with federal copyright laws, all student groups must acquire the necessary rights to showcase movies and television shows on campus, regardless of the source (e.g., Netflix, DVD, or any media platform). The rights can be obtained by purchasing them with an invoice or signing a contract, depending on the company's requirements.
When planning to perform a play or musical, please know that contracts and/or fees may be associated with obtaining the performance rights. It is advisable to plan to ensure all necessary arrangements are made promptly.
Please have receipt or proof of purchased rights as you may be required to show them.
